Day 12 - Leaving...

In the morning I took the Airport Limousine Bus to the airport. The bus went through the city on the way.
It was raining again, but you could see the sakura trees along the way.
After I arrived at the airport, I went around looking for a restaurant to eat lunch quickly.
I decided to go to this Japanese restaurant to have lunch.
I ordered a “5-ingredient” udon in soup.
It was pretty good, but just a little more expensive than normal because it was at the airport.
Then I went to the Softbank counter to return my SIM card rental.
Then I went to the North Wing Departure Lobby
Then through security
Then through Immigration
And finally boarded the plane.
Overall this trip was a great one as I was able to see my parents and have a little fun. Timing was perfect as if I had stayed longer, I would have started to get bored. Hehe…

Day 11 - Beautiful Sakura!!! (VIDEO)

In the morning we went to Yoyogi Park Station to go check out the Cherry Blossoms (Sakura). They only last for about 2 weeks of the year and I caught it right in time!
On our way there I spotted an EVO X!!!
There were some really old houses on the way also
And there was a Subaru R2
A nice classic MINI Cooper
And some Cherry Blossom trees on the way…
We finally arrived at the park
Paid 200 yen per person to get in
And our breath was taken away by all the Cherry Blossoms!
Here’s a 360 video of part of the park!

And a gallery of pictures I took:
Then for lunch we went to CoCo Curry House at Shibuya.
I ordered my favorite Tonkatsu Curry
Then we went to shop at Loft and Uniqlo
Then went to Roppongi
Went to a store called Don Quijote and bought my hair stuff
Then went to Tokyo Midtown again
Checked out the super nice Muji store
And Puma – The Black Store
At night we went back to Shibuya to have dinner at this Noodle & Rice place
It was one of those places where you pick your food and pay at the machine
Pork Soup Ramen
Clear Soup Ramen
Stir-fried Liver
Which was very good!!!
