Sauteed Goose Liver with Curly Endive, Caramelized Onions and Toasted Hazlenuts - love
Salmon Cake served with a tart parsley sauce - don't like salmon
Grilled Rainbow Trout with Roasted Bet Roots and Grilled Apple - good
Minut steak, lamb chop, grilled sausage, crispy bacon, grilled tomato, sauteed onions and mashed potatoes and a fried egg of course - not that great
M's very famous Pavlova - don't like
Chocolate Fondant Pudding with Winter Berries and Chantily Cream- very good
Tea and Coffee
